I was so excited to have the opportunity to photograph an engagement session at Horseshoe Canyon in the Badlands of Alberta, right outside of Drumheller. Horseshoe Canyon is a breathtaking location for an engagement session. The unique rock formations and rugged landscape provide a picturesque backdrop for capturing the love and excitement of Nicole and Jim’s engagement!
As we arrived at the location, the couple was full of excitement and anticipation for their photo shoot. We started by taking some candid shots of them exploring the canyon, and then some intimate moments between the couple.
The natural beauty of Horseshoe Canyon really shone through in the photos, with the golden light of the setting sun illuminating the couple and the rock formations in the background. Nicole and Jim’s love for each other was evident in every shot and it was a pleasure to capture it on camera.
Overall, Horseshoe Canyon was the perfect location for Nicole and Jim’s engagement session. The stunning natural beauty provided the perfect backdrop for capturing their love and excitement. I cannot wait until September for their wedding!
